More than 150 rectors and University presidents coming from different Union for the Mediterranean countries supported this Final Communiqué, which will be submitted at the 2nd Euro-Mediterranean Ministerial Conference on Higher Education, Research and Innovation.

EPUF EXPERTS DOCUMENT : THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE EUROMED UNIVERSITIES TO SOCIAL PROGRESS
On the occasion of the First Union for the Mediterranean Rectors Conference, EPUF published an Experts Document, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Francisco Michavila, Director of the UNESCO Chair on University and Policies in the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. This Document was distributed per post to more than 2000 Euro-Mediterranean Higher Education, Research and Policy decisors institutions, and it was also delivered and discussed at the First UfM Rectors Conference, held in Barcelona on 29 June 2010.
