The institution/ university interested in joining the EPUF should send the original by ordinary mail and a copy by mail or fax of the following documents to the Secretariat:
- The Adhesion Document filled in and signed by the Rector/President;
- A Letter signed by the representative of the competent body of the institution (Academic council/ Management Committee or other) stating that they support the decision taken by the Rector to join the network.
- A Document with information about the institution.
